Minimalist design for this collection of high-performance pots and pans. The high conductivity of pure aluminum merges with the practicality and hygiene of stainless steel. These 3-layered 18/10 aluminox pots have an aluminum core throughout that evenly distributes heat for uniform cooking with little water and fat resulting in a more wholesome and flavorful food.

MATERIALS: Inner layer in 18/10 stainless steel (the most hygienic material), middle layer with aluminum core (lightweight, non-corrosive and non-toxic), outer layer in special steel ideal for induction cooking.

FEATURES: Mirrored polished surfaces, even heat distribution, greater control over cooking temperatures, considerable saving of energy and time, minor alteration of vitamin and protein during cooking. Handles with strongly fixed 18/10 stainless steel rivets.
